Have you ever needed to select a file to upload on a web page and you don't want to deal with the hassle of navigating through all of your folders? Well I have a workaround for you.
You can simply drag the file you want and drop it onto the Choose File button and avoid the dialog box altogether. At least on macOS. I would presume it works in Windows too but I haven't checked.
As a final step before posting your comment, enter the letters and numbers you see in the image below. This prevents automated programs from posting comments.
